Thomas Roberts, of Liverpool, in the parish of Rhuddlan on 6 July 1786 sacrilegiously stole from the parish church 1 silver flagon (value £5) and 1 silver salver (value £1.1.-) (WALES 4/1011/6).  He was ordered for execution on Monday 25 September (WALES 14/85).

Shrewsbury Chronicle Friday 29 September reports his execution at Flint the previous Monday.
